Properties Window Out of Sight

With one of my Sib scores the properties window is not fully visible -- only a small portion of the lower end of it. The remainder of that window appears to extend beyond the upper right hand corner of the computer display!

Because the "window bar" at the top of the properties window is "out of sight", I am unable to click and drag the window into full view.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Not a rare problem, I regret to say. Usually it's the Mixer window, but any of the floating windows seems to just slip off the screen from time to time. Search this forum for "mixer window" or "disappeared" if neither of these links provide an answer:-
