Photoscore Lite only scanning blanks

Just got Photoscore Lite with the newest Sibelius. When I prescan a sheet, it seems to scan just fine. But when I press Start and scan it for real, all it gives me is a blank image. Furthermore, when I try to open to blank image, it crashes Photoscore Lite. Any ideas?
