I'm trying to figure out how to get Sibelius to not crash on my iMac and notebook

I know the subject is rather vague, but who else finds that Sib 7.5 (mac) crashes a lot? I'm running latest versions on Yosemite and on my notebook it crashes out every 30 minutes.
