I'm on the month's trial for Sibelius First. Is it possible to download Sibelius Sounds to use with this trial version? If so how do I achieve this?

Sibelius 8 license
I know that Sibelius 8 can be used by 1 user on two computers, but if I buy a new computer is it possible to uninstall the program from one of the original computers and reinstall it on the new one?
