If you have Sibelius 7 or higher, (MAC) you click on the View tab at the top of the screen in the program. Then, you click Panels. Check the keypad box. The keypad (tool box icon) should be checked in order to be visible. If it's unchecked, it will not be visible on your screen. Hope that helps fell...
