I figured it out. I just copied the notes from the bad staff onto an extra staff, then deleted the bad staff, re-entered it and the bad text was gone! Then copied the notes from the extra staff to the re-entered staff. I'm just a beginner so this probably sounds elementary, but it was challenging me!

I'm working in Sib. 5, German version - I started changing the German names (by default) to English names. The first page was successful. On the second page I started on the abbreviated names - but now I have between pages 1 and 2 the abbreviated version "Perc. 1" which is no longer in its position,...
