This has just happened to me as well. It isn't, I don't think, a Note Performer problem, since it happened to me periodically even before I had NotePerformer. So the Sibelius sounds advert isn't really pertinent. It's clearly a bug with Sibelius (I've just updated and it still doesn't work).
