I was wondering if there is a plugin or some function to create random rhythms in a passage. I looked at the plugins list, but could not find one that just create random rhythms.

Thanks for the reply. If that is the case, I think it is ridiculous from Sibelius...

I wonder if anyone tried to use the annotate tool using an apple pencil and Astropad to draw into the score. I am getting a lot of problems with that. Any ideas as to how to notate (draw) directly into the Sibelius score in a smooth nice way?

Hi there, I have a glissando passage in my cello part. When is done, two normal notes stay on, stuck and they just remain playing regardless of the silence(s) than come afterwards. How can I make sure mu strings play only for the duration that I am asking for?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to be able to write a couple of bars and then start my bar number count. So that bar number 5, actually starts as bar number 1 in my count.

Is this possible?

Hi,

I'm an old user of Sibelius and I'm going crazy. I want to write an accelerando. I go to L (line) select one of the pre defined accelerandos and then a crescendo indication appears on the score instead of the accelerando indication. I'm using sibelius 6 Any ideas?

I would like to add some graphic elements to my score, the graphic .tiff option is nice but not sufficient, is there any way I can add new lines or symbols that I designe let's say in illustrator (vectors) and if possible how?

Hi,

I want to write a score in which I have two instruments, lets say Piano and Violin. The piano part should be bigger than the violin part as in traditional scores.

How can I accomplished this?

Hi, I need that sibelius continue playing while I am changing from software to software, I know its possible because I did it once, but I don´t remember how to do that, I am working on sibelius 4 y the way.

Can anybody help me with this?

Hello, I am making the parts for a performance of a piece for ten musicians. In the percussion part the multirests are working sometimes and sometime they arent.
