Shortcuts don't work after playing smth.

Use this forum for all hardware and technical related issues (i.e. sound cards, etc.).

Hey!

I have a fundamental problem:
After playing anything (it's equal, if it is Midi, Sibelius Sound etc.), a lot of my shortcuts don't work anymore. In this case I have to restart my Sibelius 7 and it's fixed. Until this point I'll play smth..

Maybe I need a driver etc.? It worked for more then one year and suddenly not anymore. I'm using Sibelius 7 on a windows 7.. Can anybody help?

Ps.: Some shortcuts are still working after playing. But other not.. It's very curious.. :shock:

There are too many possibilities to list.
If you are using 7.0 or 7.1 please get free upgrade to 7.1.3.
If you are using an add on sound card, get the latest, or reinstall, driver for it.
Same for any external midi keyboards.
I don't know how you take care of your computer, but I run a registry cleaner.
Are you having any other problems?
