'Wedge above' symbol missing (Sibelius 6.2)

Hello,

This matter was raised (but unfortunately not solved!) in the General forum last year (http://www.sibeliusforum.com/forums/vie ... f=6&t=4628) so I hope it doesn't contravene any forum rules to mention it again now under Technical...

I'm using Sibelius 6.2 on a mac: the 'wedge above' symbol refuses to be inserted from the Keypad, and its square is empty in the Create>Symbol menu (the 'wedge below' symbol works by both methods).

Has anyone been able to fix this or work around it?
