No note heads

Hi.
I´m working with sibelius since one year. I nver had problems. A few days ago I started a new score and suddenly it wasn´t possible to write notes with note heads. Also a few bar lines and clefs are missing.
I have no idea, what could be the reason. Please , help me!!

Font problem! Can't advise you on the fix without knowing if you're on PC or Mac and what OS you're using.

Do a search for font problems here and also on the official Sibelius Forum, and you're bound to find the solution.

Not sure of your message and your problems. You never give full account of the problem, so helping you is a great nut to shell. Are you on MAC? What type of operating system do you use. These will allow anyone to help
