Turning Off "Only Change Beats" Not Saving

Hello,

I write a lot of music with polymeters and polyrhythms. Sibelius, however, unless I am in some kind of "Swing" Rhythmic Feel, emphasizes and deemphasizes the strong beats of the overall time signature. To prevent this, so that the cross rhythms can be heard as independent, I've tried unclicking "Only Change Beats." When I go back to play anything, however, it turns back on.

In short, I can't get "Only Change Beats" to turn off. The rhythmic feel is Straight, which I feel might be the problem, but I need it to be Straight, and meccanico--not swung.
How can I change the "Only Change Beats" setting?
