Save As Audio File error

I work for a school, and I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem of NOT being able to 'Save As Audio File' (in other words, it's grayed out) in a RESTRICTED user account. I have allowed full access to the program, but it still will not allow me to save as an audio file from a student account. It does let me save as an administrator. I tried reinstalling on a fresh image, yet it still does not work.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

this is using Sibelius 3 and Kontact server by the way :P
