Playback old scores in Sib7

I try to play my old sibelius scores in sib 7 but I cant make them play Sib7 sounds proberly. Ex. The "normal" flutes plays with semi-tone drills. If I open the Sibsounds.sib.... came along with the S7S..xml file to load complete sound-sets, then I can make the sounds sound perfect, with changes and all but I want to keep on working with my old works without copy/paste each instrument to a new score. I promt Sib7 to open new scores with the S7S sounds in the preferences. Havn't registrer or activate my sibelius yet, maybe that's why?
