Inconsistent sounds

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but my Sibelius sounds 7.5 does not always make sound. I'm working with an orchestra score and sometimes the strings sound and sometimes they only sound with accents. The percussion section just depends on the day I'm using it. I have yet to find any consistent instruments that do not work, so I think I downloaded the sounds correctly. Is there any sort of solution?
