problem of stability

I upgraded my copy of Sibelius 7 to 7.5
But now my Sibelius is pretty unstable. Should I throw my Sibelius 7 away?

Tell us what OS you are using on what type of computer.
First, try a restart of your system.

Plus there is a 7.5.1 update that may help problems.
