Notating con 8va

Is it possible to notate con 8va in Sibelius? The amount of ledger lines being produced my the piece I'm working on is a bit unsightly, and a "con 8va" line would make things look much better.

Of course it is.

You'll find all the 8va lines etc in 'Lines'. Create the passage, select it, press L and then select the octave shift you require.

Then read the section on using Lines in the Reference.

That's not what I mean. I know how to get 8va—the question is getting con 8va (i.e. play the depicted note as well as the note that's an octave higher). As far as I can tell, the reference doesn't cover that.

Looks like Sibelius doesn't recognize con 8va, so if your need a real player to see it, you can put it text and (Sibelius will ignore it) but a player will see it in a print out. To get Sibelius to play it you will need to write it out, which is quick and easy to do.
