Playback Scroll Bar size?

Hi
Is there a way to make the playback scroll bar change its size?
I need a more big (thick) playback scroll bar for a long distance visualization of it (without changing page size, of course)
Does sibelius 7 allows to change the size of the scroll bar?
If it does, how to do it?

I don't believe you can change anything about the playback line. I wonder if adjusting your screen resolution or contrast might help.

Omg. Anybody knows another soft that allows me to have a big size scroll bar? I would be grateful if someone could help me on this
