Hi
I want to bring the lines at the end of the page (red color) a bit up without changing position in the lines at the top of the page (blue color). How can i do that?

Hard to answer as we don't know how the systems ended up like that. Did you drag them, are they imported from another app?
Unlock Format, select everything, apply Reset Space Above Staff and go from there. Dragging systems around is not the best way to go! There is an official Sibelius blog on formatting on line somewhere, but I can't recall exactly where!
As always, get everything into the score before trying to adjust layout and formatting.
Read through the sections on Layout in the Reference for full info.
