Annotate with apple pencil in iPad Pro

Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

I wonder if anyone tried to use the annotate tool using an apple pencil and Astropad to draw into the score. I am getting a lot of problems with that. Any ideas as to how to notate (draw) directly into the Sibelius score in a smooth nice way?

Thanks a lot.

Let's see what others say, but I think that the only to draw on a Sibelius score is with a Surface Pro.

Thanks for the reply. If that is the case, I think it is ridiculous from Sibelius...

Hope they fix that soon.
Best,

Check on the Avid site. Sib 8 had a lot of mac friendly add ons.

Hey Bobp, you can also use the pencil with the Newzik app.
What I usually do is exporting my Sibelius file into MusicXML and then import it through Newzik and do my mark-ups on my iPad pro.
The only drawback is that you can't edit, you just annotate on the score...
Hope it helped!
