I copied an old standard into Sibelius, and got red lyrics and lines.

How can I fix them?

I tried to upload the file, but got a red message "The extension sib is not allowed". So I attach a screenshot.

Items appear red when they interfere with other objects. Lyrics on bar lines, for example. you can make sure Magnetic Layout in on. It avoids these kinds of conflicts. Or nudge lyrics left or right.

And / or slightly reduce the default font size for the lyrics. After which you might use a global Reset Note Spacing.
