Hello, (Sibelius 4)

When opening a .mid file that is meant to be an Acoustic bass chart Sib was trying to use 2 staffs adding a treble staff which isn't necessary.
Most everything was correctly in the bass staff.

If I check the box that says "Only one staff per track" Sib puts everything on a treble staff and I would like it to be on the bass staff.

Is there a way to force it to the bass staff?

Thank you!

If not ... can you tell me a quick way to change everything from treble cleff to bass cleff?
CRTL+A to select all and then ???

EDIT: Got it!
I just needed to Create > Cleff and choose the F cleff and it fixed the whole chart.

As you've discovered. importing MIDI is a 'dumb' (referring to the process, not you!) process. It will always need tidying and fettling before you get things OK!

Yes.
I'm getting better at figuring it out.
