Help Greatly Appreciated

Hi im trying to use Sibelius 4 for drum notation but i cant get things like hi-hats, crashes, etc. onto the staves. only the snare, toms and bassdrum. when i click where the hihats should be it plays a horn sound with the normal circle notehead. i tried editing staff types and the hi-hats are there i just cant input them. hope someone can help thanks

Have you looked at 'Drums and percussion' in Help > Sibelius Reference? It shows you how the drum mapping works and how to input notes using different noteheads.
