Moving from system to system with the keyboard

Hi there,

1) I am a huge fan of keyboard shortcuts, does anyone know a shortcut to move from a selected bar, to another one in a different system without the mouse?

I don't know one for moving from one system to another, but there is a shortcut (for Windows) is Alt+Arrow key to move up or down. That takes you either to the next note above or below (in a chord), or to the note or rest immediately above or below the current selection - i.e. in the next stave.

You could combine this with Ctrl+Arrow key to move left or right by a bar at a time if you need to move to another system.
