Converting Sibelius files to Finale

Hello I am a Sibelius user and one of my client has a requirement in Finale. Is there a possibility that I can convert my Sibelius files to Finale?

Export to XML if your version of Sib has it.

Choose note value on keypad. Enter note name on QWERTY keyboard. Press 'Enter' on keypad. Press 'R'. Adjust second note value on keypad if required.
