Importing audio, or how can I do this

I've got a vocal quartet. I can put it into an mp3 or similar. I want to write an orchestral arrangement for it and have both the quartet and the arrangement, using the instruments in Sibby 6, put onto an mp3. How do I go about doing this? I've got DP5. Should (or can I) import the sound file to it, do a midi arrangement, then save as SMF and import into Sibby? But that wouldn't work since the quartet sound isn't there. Should I be thinking SEMPTE? Any suggestions would be appreciated, and thanks in advance...

I'd suggest running the vocal quartet in DP5 as audio tracks, and sync Sibelius to DP5 via ReWire. You can then hear Sibelius's playback via a stereo track in DP5, and the playback of the two applications will be synchronised.
