notation for "rolls"

Anyone know how to do this in Sibelius 6?

In the first bar I have a total of 7 beats technically. However, the dotted half notes are rolling with the other dotted half, which is fine, but how do I get sibelius to allow me to put 7 beats in a 4/4 measure? (same issue with the rolled whole notes in the following measures...

Tremolos, not rolls. Page 198 in the Sib 6 Reference manual, page 400 in the Sib 7 manual, somewhere(!) in the Sib 8 manal but I haven't got that! All is explained there, better than I can do here.
