Problem with an old s7 file

Postby Euterpe » Wed Oct 12, 2016 3:59 pm

I am one of the original purchasers of Sibelius when it used the RISCOS platform and Acorn computers. I still have a few old files, one of which I need. I converted most of the old files using the batch converter onto the more recent (!!) Sibelius 5. I currently use Sibelius 6. Problem is that the file I need has been converted to an EXEC file and I cannot open it, even though the old Sibelius 5 ( which did the batch conversion) tell me to open it in Sibelius 6. When I click "get info" it tells me it is an s7 file in Sib 5. Is there anyway into this file or is it lost forever?
