Can you give us some detail of what is going on? And a screen shot?

Hi Bob:

Will try to send screenshot of what I'm trying to do. The problem is, is that the screen shot is too large for this forum.

I have Win. 7, 64 bits.

You may have to look at Page 381 in the instruction manual where it shows Eighth-Note beaming for piano.

The file is too large; I've been trying to find a reduction program so that I can reduce the size of the screenshot and attach it.

Hope you can make sense of the illustration on Page 381 in the instruction manual

You've always been very helpful to me in the past.

Thanks for your help inadvance

Beams between notes on the same staff?
That's on page 381.

Mimi. if you're the same Mimi that asked the similar question about cross-staff beaming on the official forum, it's been answered. This is an old, unofficial forum and there are only three or four of us answering questions when we have time. You'll get more help on the official one.

If you're not the same person, you can crop and resize images in Paint, already part of Windows. If you're on a Mac, I'd assume that Apple have provided something similar....

I'd advise you to remove your email address from your post, to stop the 'bots' getting it.
