Hello,

I've submitted a ticket to support but I haven't recieved a reply. Apologies if this is the wrong forum.

I've purchased sibelius first 8, and I am considering upgrading to the full version but, when I look at upgrade packages, the upgrades from sibelius first start with the wrong activation code, it says you need a first version that has the activation code starting SFAA and mine start with SFBA, does this mean I can't upgrade?
