Sib 8 Deactivated again, 101 Failure, Seat Count Failur

Once again Sib 8 has shut me out.
This time the message says my 30 day trial has ended and I can't save anything until I buy.
I have bought Sib since version 4, and my 8 is perpetual.

I went thru the reactivation steps a few days ago. Used Sib that once. Now the same trial ended message when I clicked on a Sib file in Scores.
So I dnldd the latest AppMan and went thru the steps but when AppMan opened, instead of the Sib 8 activation button activating Sib, the System ID and Activation ID boxes show.
So I located these and pasted them in. The Activation Code was fun because I had to copy and paste each of the 4 sections of the code.

Now all I get is a message: 101 Activation Failed. Seat count failed on system ID 101xxxxxxxx.

Suggestions appreciated.

Post on the official Sibelius Forum rather than here. Avid do monitor that forum and one of their staff will probably help you directly. And you'll get some advice from a few of the regulars there too.
