I have a blind student who uses Sibelius 5 (he says it's more accessible than later versions). He is trying to select the 2nd voice in the treble clef of a piano piece in order to move it to the bass clef. I can't figure out how he can do this without the mouse. If there is anyone else out there who has experience with using sibelius for the visually impaired, I have a ton more questions!

Interesting. I can see a way to filter for the second line and copy it with the keyboard, but not a way to move it.

It might be worth checking out MuseScore. In the manual, there is a section called "Accessibility" that deals with keyboard shortcuts for the blind using NVDA Screen Reader.
