Can't fix lyrics spacing issue, Sibelius 2023

Sibelius 2023 on Windows.
I am rather new, coming from MuseScore.
Score is imported from musicxml from Finale.
I have cleaned up and verified everything, but only this first system has this issue with colliding "des" with "Herrn"

I tried unlocking and resetting something, didn't help at all.

Can someone help me with what I can try here?

If you select the system with the issue - double click in an empty part of one staff then [shift]-click on the others. Then press [ctrl][shift]n and [ctrl][shift]p. This should reset the position of all objects according to the layout and engraving rules.

You'll have to look up the Mac shortcuts in the manual if you're on a mac.

If this doesn't work, zip the file and post it here or email it to me at the address in my signature.

Can you also tell me what are the command names for Ctrl-Shift-N and Ctrl-Shift-P?
Sometimes when you press the shortcut, you are not sure if it actually worked as software might not give you an indication that something happened. So I would prefer to find a button on a toolbar instead to click on it.

Here I created a file with only the first page, and the issue reproduces.

Oh, yes, I forgot to clarify that proposed solution did not help.
I believe I tried to google it before and it didn't work.

OK. It's something to do with the positioning rule for those words at the start of the bar. The only way I found to affect it was to select the "Herrn" and nudge it with the mouse or [ctrl][right arrow]. Once that is moved, the rest of the bar behaves normally.

[ctrl][shift]p is reset position
[ctrl[shift]n is reset note spacing
Both of these are on the Appearance tab.

This issue could be caused by the export/import process and it persists if you copy the music into a new score.

I have copied the music, but reapplied the lyrics (by copying, pasting into notepad to clean up all metadata, editing there (punctuation) and pasting it back).
I did not edit the music though. I can try to reenter the music to see if it helps, thanks!

Just created a default new document with "Choral SATB+Piano" template and simply entered manually first line - same issue.

If this should be reported as a bug, what is the proper place to do this?

If this can be adjusted by changing positioning rule, where can I try to change it?
