"clear" key num pad Mac

Hello,

What could be the reason that on my Apple Magic Keyboard with numpad (German) the "Clear" key next to the "equals" key is not triggering the corresponding button on the Sibelius keypad?

There are a number of different reasons this could be happening. The mapping of the keys across different languages seems to be very inconsistent on macs. You might have to change the mapping yourself. Unfortunately, I don't have (and don't want) a mac so I can't tell you how to do that.
