I just installed Sibelius 7 on a new machine with Windows 7 64bit.
My keyboard m-audio Keystation pro 88, shows on the devices menu. no problem there.
I choose the keyboard and start writing... after a few notes, the keyboard doesn't work anymore.
so i go to the devices menu, and refresh the devices list, and re-choose my keyboard and it works great again for a few notes.
Basically every 30 seconds or so, sibelius losses connection with my midi keyboard and I have to reset everything.
The drivers are installed properly and works with no problem on cubase. actually I have no problem even when working with sibelius 6.
What to do?
Thanks!!
Michael

sort of find a solution but.. it is not ideal.
When i use sibleius as a rewire from cubase the midi connection is not lost...
still can't work on sibelius as a standalone..

Hi MichaelSel,
Did you find a solution to this, as I've got exactly the same issue (Windows 7 64bit, Sibelius 7, shows on Input Devices, but no signal is registering) ?
(Am using a Midex 8 with latest 64 bit drivers)
