Sib 7.5 Midi export not placing bass/treble clefs Separate

Midi type 1 export not correctly placing bass/treble piano clefs in separate channels. I have UN-selected in Sibelius preferences, playback, Slot and Channel Sharing - Use same slot for all staves of keyboard instruments.
If anyone is not following, I simply have separate bass and a treble clefs i want to export and maintain the standard separate channels for each for a type 1 midi file export.
If not familiar with the technology, type 0 midi files could not do that but I export all the time type 1 midi files in my other music composition programs and can open them again as midi files with the staff assignments/channels still correct.
Sibelius just exports bass & treble all to one staff.
