Hi, I'm having playback issues with a midi file I imported to sibelius 7.5. The midi was generated in Ableton Live. It seems that sibelius playback respects the dynamics I made in Ableton, so if I wanna change from pp to f, it still plays in pp tough the score says f. Is there any way I can reset this data from within Sibelius? :(

Looks like the embedded key-on velocity data (assuming that's what Ableton used for dynamics) is overriding anything that you're inputting. You should be able to view, select and delete the relevant MIDI data within Sibelius, but it would probably be quicker to make a copy in Abelton without dynamics and work with that copy instead.

FWIW, embedded data usually does seem to override things like this, no matter what the 'receiving' app is, or what it tries to do. It's a good way of making things 'bomb proof' for playback, regardless of the playback device.
