guitar midi pickup gives 2 unison notes per stroke

Hey guys,
I saw a post much similar like a problem that I have;
I bought a midi controller for guitar; fishman triple play. I'm really happy, it works with a wireless USB receiver and I dont feel any latency while playing.
When I enter a note in sibelius (8.2), it gives 2 unison notes at the same time. I think (not sure) that it's a problem in sibelius? and perhaps not in the hardware or connection; When I record in sibelius, I dont have this problem at all. Also when I record midi in Logic, there's no problem.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
