I scanned a three page PDF score, which went well. Then I sent it to Sibelius, and it all appeared on one page very, very crammed in (you get the picture). The substance of it is there, because it sounds fine.
It is either how I'm exporting it, or the layout afterwards. I have tried Reset design/note spacing/magnetic layout/optimize staff position etc. to no avail.
If you like, I want to put a page break in at the end of each page as it was in the original, or tell it to take up three pages and not one.
Suggestions welcome...
send to sibelius, all squashed to one page (RESOLVED)

You need to unlock the format (with Layout > Format > Unlock Format) and Sibelius should space your score out. This often happens with the export from Photoscore as the latter seems to be able to handle more lines than the default of Sibelius.
Optimising staff spacing etc. then might help to get better results, but you're unlikely to end up with exactly the same score layout as you scanned in, unless you like to spend a lot of time tweaking things. You'll probably want to re-lock the format once you're happy/happier with it.
Hope that helps.

Thanks, that worked - as you say, not to the precise same layout, but very readable.
