Is there a way to create a four lined staff in Sibelius 7.5?
Is this a tab staff or for special notation for percussion? Sibelius already has several tab staff types, including for bass guitar and these can be adapted for other instruments. It is possible to create a new staff type (as long as you are using the full Sibelius (not Sibelius First).
Look in the manual for Edit Instruments. This will show you in detail how to create new staff types.

Thanks, not for guitar I'm afraid, I need it to score a medieval chant with text.
It may not be for guitar, but the same technique can be adapted for other instruments.
Is the attached slightly similar to what you want?

Yes, that's great. How did you do that?
You need to obtain the LeRoy fonts and MS papers.
Create any notation staff (with an appropriate range) and create a new instrument based on it.
Use New Instrument and set the no of staff lines as 4.
You are pretty much on your way then.
