Most of my files are pretty simple (basically a lead sheet with horn parts). I usually find it easier to just print my old Finale file and create a whole new sibelius file from scratch. Of course, an orchestral score is a little different....
As mentioned by T. Manning, you just have to check through the converted score and do some editing.
