Message:
I use Sibelius 1.4 on Pentium III with Soundblaster Live Sound card on Boston Acoustics BA 735.

I get a rich orchestral sound from the programme when Sibelius loads. On playback of my own material, however, I get a thin, tinny sound. Mainly I use "oohs" and "aahs" as I work principally on choral music. Can anyone give any advice as to what I might do to improve quality, please. And by the way, I've just moved house so my Sibelius manual is somewhere in one of many packing cases. I don't expect it to re-emerge until some works are done to the new house, so please, any help would have to be without need for me to refer to the manual.
