Re: Handwritten font

Ok. How about this:

Anyone know where there would be a list of 3rd party fonts for sale for Sibelius? I did a ton of research yesterday only to find a whole lot of broken links. TIA

Handwritten font

Hi everyone,

I was looking for companies that sell fonts for Sibelius that look more like the score was handwritten. Does anyone know of any? I looked through the existing fonts and couldnt see any.

Re: MIDI scores

I think I am getting somewhere. I found a transpose score/concert score button on the menu.

Now I tried clicking it but I think I did something wrong. I am not sure if I should have PRE-transposed the instruments first to make that button work?

Re: MIDI scores

Thanks. I know I have a lot to learn here.

But where do I start. I other words can anyone help me and tell me if I enter as shown in the score, WHICH instruments are playing back correctly? The ones with NO key signature? Or just the ones that have the three flats in the key signature?

I hope you can help me. I like to find PDF scores in the public domain and enter them into Sibelius to play back using the sound sets. I have not had any trouble with this lately as the ...

Thanks Andy. Just curious - does Sibelius play well with VSL Special Edition?

Is there a support forum dedicated to it? I dont see a whole lot about it here and a little bit over at VSL.

Sharing .SIB files

Hi maybe someone can answer this. I am in the process of transferring by hand lots of orchestral classic pieces to Sibelius 6 for study. Its a lot of fun and great study material. I am wondering if there is a place people can share the actual Sibelius files. Does anyone else do this? I looked around...

Andyg, I like the second way you have done this but I can not make it happen in Sibelius. I looked all through the tremolo reference and could not see anything. I guess its because Im trying to combine a triplet with a trem? How did you get the half notes connected and have a triplet figure (3) abov...
