If you go to edit text styles and choose a particular text style, you can choose to have it change with the staff size or not. Best of luck!

Re: Instrument Management
You are going to need to export the housestyle. And then next time you create a new score, just choose that housestyle during the score creation process. Re: Page Numbering - How do I...
Jimmy, It's actually pretty cool to do. You need to use wildcards. Say you have 7 pages, you would put this text on a repeating header "Page \$PageNum\ of 7" Basically, if you put the text "\$PageNum\" in any text field, it will display the current page :) It's that simple. If you need more help, re...

Re: "Human Playback" plugin
I'm probably not the best source to verify it, as I wrote the plugin, but if you want to zero in on specific volumes and create realistic hairpin playback, Human Playback is what you want to be using. The most current version also allows you to randomize live start positions, which is essential for ...

Re: Midi Control Change Editing
Yes, turn on hidden objects (in Sibelius 7 it is in View>Invisibles). Once hidden objects are turned on, you should see the hidden midi messages, they all begin with "~" as that is what hides them in SIbelius. Best of luck! ----------------------------------------- p.s. One of the greatest powers of...

Re: Retaining formatting of individual parts
You are going to want to use the plugin "Import Export Layout" which will allow you to share layout files that can be brought into each others scores. You can find a video of the plugin in action at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_T770Cu3lGA You can find the actual plugin for purchase at: http://ww...

As soon as you enter the glissando line the endpoint will be selected and you can hit space bar to extend it (don't use the mouse!!!). Likewise, Shift SpaceBar will go back. Re: mixer volume changes
Did you happen to import the music from a midi file, or maybe play it in from a midi controller? My guess is that there are hidden midi messages. In which case you will need to insert a volume reset (which you can do be adding the expression marking "~C7, 127" to the instrument at the points it chan...

Re: how to copy including layout
Unfortunately, that functionality is not available in Sibelius. Staff spacing is not available to plugins. This copies the layout markings from one score to another. The spacing you will have to do manually. I would suggest though, utilizing the Optimize Staff Spacing function though. Best of luck! ...

Re: copying music, including time sig
You need to make a system selection (this will be the one with a double square around it). To do this, hold apple (mac) or control (PC) and click on the first bar. Then hold shift and click on the last bar line. Copy and paste to the new score. Best of luck!!! ---------------------------------------...
