At least there are sibelius staffers there. I don't use video with sibelius and I don't think any of the rest of us on here do either.

However, without the score, it's difficult to suggest a solution.

At the end of the day, you have got to go with whatever gives the clearest result.

Bar numbers should be ON TOP of the relevant staff in parts and on top of specific staves in a score - depending on context, of course. It's not clear where you actually want them to be.

Have you checked your keyboard shortcuts under preferences?

Sadly, no. You can't. They have changed the way the keypad works. You'll have to retrain your fingers. I generally get by by doing a quick [left/right arrow] dance as it does work if you are not in note entry mode.

That depends. If you have a subscriotion, stopping payment will reduce sibelius to the absolute minimum functionality of sibelius first. You would be better off going over to musescore. It's free and not that different to sibelius.

The ProgramData folder is hidden by default.
To see it, either set windows to show hidden folders or use %ProgramData% in the path (ie the percent signs either side).

Make sure you use the exact names/path shown in the message.
