Can I search for specific intervals? (e.minor 9th)
I saw that Sibelius has a plugin built-in to find parallel fifths and octaves. I'm wondering if there's a way to search for intervals of my own choosing. For example, I want to identify any diminished seconds or minor ninths. Is that possible?

I'm trying to write four independent voices on a single staff, and have them displayed legibly.

I'm not asking if it's usual or unusual. I'm asking if I can get Sibelius to legibly display four voices on a single staff.

Re: How can I get Sibelius to display multiple voices cleanl
I'm writing four voices at a time, I'm only showing a single measure here to demonstrate the problem, but I'm writing four voices linearly. I suppose I can write my four voices separately, and then change them all to voice 1 so it displays properly. I just don't see why Sibelius wants to display the...

Re: Can I quickly "rotate" parts?
You can [alt]-click all 3 parts i oe go - just select the passage (blue box) and [alt]-click in the new location. hah! of course! that is a lot faster. I have been doing it one-at-a-time for months... even though I have definitely alt-pasted multiple staves in other situations. I just never put it ...

Can I quickly "rotate" parts?
Sibelius 7.1.3 I'm not quite sure how to explain this... but say I have four parts. I decide I want to move all the parts up one, and move the top part to the bottom. The screenshot shows measure 1 before the rotation, measure 2 is after the rotation. Screen Shot 2018-08-29 at 11.54.34 PM.png How I ...

How can I get Sibelius to display multiple voices cleanly?
Sibelius 7.1.3 – OS X 10.12.6 The first measure in this screenshot is a set of four notes, all assigned to voice 1. The second measure is those same four notes, assigned top-to-bottom voices 1-4. For reasons that I don't understand, Sibelius has chosen to vertically align them all the same, so that ...

Interval below w/ laptop layout
With the numpad layout, shift+3 will insert an interval a third below the current note. With laptop layout, it inserts the interval above. Is there a way to insert an interval below, using laptop layout?

Re: Sibelius 7 First: Can I auto set number of bars per syst
I just tend to think in 4-8 bar segments, so that's why it's helpful for me to break up the page that way. I didn't see any way to make First automatically break them up along those lines (although it seems like First v6 may have been able to, based on things I read). Sounds like it's a manual job f...

Sibelius 7 First: Can I auto set number of bars per system?
When I make a new project, Sibelius 7 First creates 10 bars per system. I'd like it to have 8 per system. I've done some searching and found suggestions to use "auto break" in the layout section... which I don't see in First.
Is there a way in First to make it automatically break every 8 bars?
