Since I want the separators everywhere except that single page, I think I'm just going to make two PDFs, one with separators and one without, and then swap in the page without separators into Acrobat. It's a kludge, but seems like the most elegant option at this point.

The white/blank image seems to appear behind the system separators no matter what I do, whether I set the appearance order to 1 or 32 - is there a way to bring it forward?

Hide system separators on one page only

I have a piano-vocal score with system separators, but one page out of forty is solo piano. How can I remove/hide the system separators on that page only?

Separate beaming rules for a single staff

I'd like to turn these beaming options on for the bassline only:

But leave the default beaming for the rest of the score. Is that possible? I haven't been able to figure out how.
