What happened? I wasn't aware I had done an update. Is there any hope of this option returning?

Can no longer export as eps file
I used to do this all the time, but now eps is no longer shown as an option under Export > Graphics > Grahpics format. Help!

Text background not blanked out
I have blanked out the background of a text field. It displays correctly in Sibelius, but not when I print or export as PDF. See attached. Any suggestions? Thanks.
