I managed to fix the issues myself. I read through the installer log and saw the error information with the Microsoft Installer. I am having the same issues. I have tried it about 6 times now.

I have a PC running windows. It alls works but when I get to verify install it keeps asking me for path to the Sibelius.msi file. Then it errors. Have attached screen shots.

Can anyone help.
