in an earlier version of Sibelius it was easy to erase staves if they were empty, for example in an organ score where the first pedal entry comes much later. How to I do in Sibelius First 8?

Hello, in an earlier version of Sibelius I knew how to switch in a piano composition some few notes from the upper stave to the lower one (if for example a melody in treble clef has a single low note which fits better in bass clef). Does anybody know how to do in Sibelius First 8? Thank you very much!

in an earlier version of Sibelius I easily could move a note head horizontically, when it for ex. came to collision of two notes.
Does anybody know how to do in Sibelius First 8?
